Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy on the delivery bags. Prior authorization must be acquired before returning. Bags must be unused and in original packaging. All shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Custom Print items are not returnable. Please contact jenny@deliverybags.com to start a return.
Cleaning instructions
To clean the bags fill your sink with warm water and a mild disinfectant / detergent. Submerge and soak the bags in the water, scrub the bag down, Rinse off and hang up overnight to dry. The bags can be turned inside out and many bags have a hang tag for drying. Please make sure your bag is completely dry before using again. The Velcro can be cleaned by running Duct Tape over both sides of the Velcro or you can use a toothbrush to scrub both sides in water. For daily maintenance cleaning use wash cloth and a mild disinfectant / soap to clean. DO NOT use a washing machine or dry clean the bags.
Warranty
All of our products are warranted against manufacturers defects for 90 days from purchase date. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written agreement and all returned items must be unused. Return the bag postage paid and at Bag Solutions discretion, we will repair or replace the product.
Bad Checks
We use Cyber Collect for bad checks. A $35.00 collection fee and a 1.5% monthly rate will be added on to past due accounts.

All pictures and text are also the property of ICI. Bag Solutions does not sell or share your information with any 3rd party.

Bags Solutions is the importer of bags. If you are a large user of delivery bags please give us a call for direct import price. We can import your design or assist you in designing a custom product for your chain. Minimum: 1,000 bags.
